Are MakerSuite & PaLM API included goolge AI ?

Hi there,

As what I can read, we have to build app by using both square API and Google AI. Are MakerSuite & PaLM API included goolge AI ?
And are we able to use it?

I have seen MakerSuite & PaLM API documentation link in this hackathon resources menu.
